Healthy You - Active 4 Ten
Following the themes of being healthy & active, we have 5 fun themed workouts for KS1 and 5 workouts for KS2 focussed on mindful exercise. These can be used in the classroom, assembly or PE lesson to get the kids moving.
This resource has been specifically designed for teachers to use either in a face to face or virtual setting to support the health and wellbeing of the school community

What is Healthy You?
‘Healthy You’ is the new integrated lifestyle service commissioned by Public Health at Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council. Our aim is to offer support to those looking to be more active or lead a healthier lifestyle. Healthy You is delivered by a number of organisations across Peterborough & Cambridgeshire including the district authorities and Everyone Health.
